Your body changed quickly.
This isn’t weight-loss coaching.
Losing weight—especially rapidly, dramatically, and visibly—changes everything.
Your routines shift.
Your relationships shift.
Your metabolism, your energy, your appetite, your confidence… shift.
But there's one thing GLP medications don’t necessarily change:
How you feel inside your new body.
And that’s where the real work begins.
Because even when the scale finally reflects the woman you always knew you could be... your sense of self often lags behind.
Maybe you know this feeling:
You look in the mirror and see the smaller body—but your mind still reaches for the old patterns, old fears, old ways of coping.

You’re receiving more attention—
but you’re not sure how to receive it.
Your clothes fit differently—
but so do your boundaries, your emotions, your desires.
Your body changed quickly.
Your identity deserves the same support.
This isn’t weight-loss coaching.
This is life after weight loss.
This is becoming the woman you are now.
GLP medications work beautifully on the biological level.
But weight loss is never just biological.

When your body transforms rapidly, the rest of your life gets stirred up with it:
You may have lost your old coping mechanisms… but haven’t built new ones yet.
You may still see yourself as “before,” even though everyone else sees the “after.”
You may feel more exposed, more visible, more vulnerable—or more powerful.
You may be navigating new dynamics in relationships and new boundaries.
You may not know how to nourish your new metabolism or trust your new hunger cues.
You may feel like you stepped into a new body… but kept the old operating system.
This disorientation isn’t a failure.
It’s a rite of passage.
And like any rite of passage, you deserve guidance.

I've spent more than twenty years exploring what allows a woman to look and feel beautiful in her body—and her life.
I’m the founder of Modern Beauty Reset, author of Pleasurable Weight Loss, and my work centers on a philosophy I call The Beauty Principle.
But I didn’t start with Beauty.
I started at twelve years old, pinching the flesh on my belly and announcing:
"I'm fat."
I wasn’t.
I was a healthy Australian girl beginning to develop into a woman.
But I had already learned to look at my body and search for what was wrong.
That moment began years of restriction, bingeing, shame, and trying desperately to control my appetite.
The more I tried to deny my body, the more fiercely she rebelled.
I was trapped in what I came to call food jail.
And i wanted out.

The more I tried to deny my body, the more fiercely she rebelled.
I was trapped in what I came to call food jail.
And i wanted out.
THEN I WALKED INTO THE RAINFOREST.
As a young woman, I met an extraordinary man named Gum who lived in a solar-powered house beside a World Heritage rainforest in Australia.
Gum had spent years helping protect that forest from logging.
I was a city girl who was actually frightened of the wilderness.
He took me into it anyway.
Eventually, I became brave enough to go alone.
One day, sitting on the rainforest floor, I suddenly understood something:
I was part of Nature.
My body wasn't an object separate from the natural world.
I was an animal.
A woman.
A living creature.
Then I noticed a small tree.
Its leaves weren't perfect. Some had insect bites and holes.
Some were stained with fungus. Others were cracked or dying.
And yet there was absolutely no question in my mind:
The tree was beautiful.
That stopped me.

I had spent years examining my own body piece by piece, finding its imperfections and using them as evidence that the whole was somehow wrong.
But I didn't look at the tree that way.
I saw the whole living organism.
And it was beautiful.
I remember wondering:
If this tree is beautiful in all its imperfections, why can’t I be, too?
I didn't know it yet, but that moment contained the seed of work I would spend the next twenty years exploring.

FIRST, I FOUND PLEASURE.
The rainforest changed how I saw my body.
But I was still struggling with food.
Eventually, after years of trying to control my appetite, I began experimenting with a completely different idea.
What if my body wasn't the enemy?
What if I could listen to her?
I became fascinated with pleasure—not mindless indulgence, but pleasure as a form of embodied intelligence.
I learned to enjoy food instead of fearing it. To recognize satisfaction. To distinguish physical hunger from all the other things I was hungry for.
Food became less charged.
My body became someone I could trust.
And eventually, I didn't just escape food jail.
I tore down the walls and danced gloriously on their ruins.
What began as my own personal experiment became my life's work.
I began teaching other women about pleasure, food, body image, sensuality and the intelligence of the female body.
Eventually, that work became my book, Pleasurable Weight Loss.
For years, I called the philosophy at the heart of my work The Pleasure Principle. In my recent evolution, I now call it The Beauty Principle.
But then something extraordinary happened.

THE WORLD CHANGED.
More than twenty years after I began this journey, women have access to possibilities I could never have imagined when I was trying desperately to control my appetite.
GLP-1s. Peptides. HRT. Extraordinary skincare. Aesthetic medicine. Body-composition science. Longevity.
For many women, GLP-1s in particular are changing a problem that once seemed almost impossible to solve.
Food noise quiets.
Appetite changes.
The weight comes off.
And suddenly, the question gets much bigger.
What else becomes possible?
How do we preserve and build beautiful muscle?
Protect our bones?
Care for our skin, hair and changing faces?
Dress a body that may suddenly look very different?
Let our body image catch up?
Rediscover sensuality?
Navigate sexuality, dating, confidence, attention and being seen?
And how do we use the astonishing modern tools now available to us to look and feel beautiful?
I became fascinated all over again.

BEAUTY IS AN INHERENT FORCE OF NATURE.
We're born to embody, create, cultivate, and be drawn towards beauty.
I believe it's natural to want beautiful skin, beautiful hair, a strong shapely body, clothes we adore, sensuality, vitality and radiance.
I want those things.
I want access to the best of what modern beauty has to offer.
And I want wisdom alongside it.
Because having extraordinary tools doesn't necessarily tell us how to use them—or what we're ultimately optimizing for.

Love,

It began with an environmentalist who initiated me to the ways of Nature. Spending time with Mother Nature softened my fiercely negative body image, and planted a seed of self-compassion. Then a trip to India sparked the beginning of a spiritual odyssey in which I learned self-love and self-respect through the teachings of the divine feminine.
From personal experience, I know what it's like to struggle with weight loss. I know what it's like to pressure myself to be thin, to battle an eating disorder, to struggle with the emotional ups and downs, and to feel burdened by guilt and shame.

I also understand the bitterness, confusion and disappointment of investing time and money to attain knowledge and spiritual tools, and yet still not being able to translate it into the results you want for yourself.
Now I'm honored to have helped thousands of women from all around the world, lose weight, heal emotional eating, enjoy looking and feeling their best. My work has been featured in Elle, Glamour, Prevention magazine, New York Times, ABC, NBC, on the Discovery Health Channel, and more.
Raised in Ireland and Australia, I now live and teach in Mill Valley, California with my daughter.
If you can relate to my struggles, if you too have been battling with your body, then I can't wait to share with you the missing keys you need to have the sexy, feminine body that you enjoy to the fullest, and a new, liberated and balanced relationship with food.
